On-Site Service Agreement
( monthly rates )

Our monthly service agreements allow our customers to maximize their quarterly budget by forecasting their specific networking needs.

Under the service agreement, all customer receive:

· One Visit Equivalent to 5 hours of onsite networking and non-networking service
· Free Hardware set-up (equipment purchased or not purchased from Anytime-Computers LLC)
· Free Delivery & Consultation
· Free On-Call Technical Support ( M-F 8-5 )
· General Maintenance work (System Optimization, etc.)
· $25 express fee (for emergencies that need a two hour, same day response.)
· Verification of monthly network back-up(s). (if applicable)
· Only $225 for an additional 5 hours (month) for all networking and non-networking needs.

11-25 users with (once a month visit) $250
26-50 users with (once a month visit) $350
51-100 users with (once a month visit) $500
100+ users with (once a month visit) $750

ADD $225 PER TRIP/PER MONTH FOR ADDITIONAL BLOCK OF 5 HRS PER MONTH
